Return Window

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following:

  • Item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in new condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact
  • Valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is provided

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@zsgrab.us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Place the item securely in its original packaging, print the prepaid shipping label we provide, and attach it to the outside of the box

Returns without prior authorization (RMA number) will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • In rare cases, we may issue refunds via bank transfer
  • We do not process refunds via CashApp, Payoneer, Venmo, or similar platforms

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order separately.


Incorrect Address

We ship to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address was entered by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting losses.
