All orders are shipped directly from China via trusted international logistics partners and delivered within the United States by USPS.

 No import duties, taxes, or customs fees. The price you pay at checkout is all-inclusive. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

How Your Order Ships

  1. Your order is processed at our warehouse in China (1–2 business days)
  2. Packaged and shipped via international logistics carrier
  3. Clears US customs (we handle all import documentation — no action needed from you)
  4. Transferred to USPS for final domestic delivery to your address

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or public holidays. If a delay occurs, we will notify you by email promptly.


Changing Your Shipping Address

We cannot modify the address once an order is in transit.

Damaged or Lost Orders

Damaged on arrival: Contact us with photos — we will replace or refund at no cost.

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no update 14 business days past the estimated delivery window, contact us. We will investigate and ship a replacement at no cost if confirmed lost.
