Zsgrab is a direct-to-consumer online store selling smart home products. All products are shipped directly from China to addresses within the United States. We are committed to providing accurate product descriptions, transparent pricing, and reliable service.

2. Product Descriptions & Pricing

All product listings on our Website include accurate descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing in USD.
We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in color, size, or appearance due to monitor settings or manufacturing differences may occur.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
All prices include free shipping and import duties/taxes/customs fees for US delivery. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error is identified, we will notify you before shipment and allow you to cancel for a full refund.

3. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

Submitting an order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to the provided address.
If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or our designated payment processor.
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.
We do not process refunds via CashApp, Payoneer, Venmo, or similar platforms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from China and delivered within the United States by USPS.
Order cutoff: 12:00 PM PST (Los Angeles, GMT-08:00) daily
Estimated delivery: 10–19 business days from order confirmation.
All orders include free shipping with no import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
We currently ship to US addresses only (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally, to PO Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery for items in unused, original condition with original packaging.
Returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs.
Returns for other reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we inspect the returned item.
No restocking fee applies to approved refunds.
Sale or discounted items are eligible for returns in accordance with this policy.
